Description
The State Accident Insurance Fund Corporation (SAIF) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial and custodial services for its regional office in Medford, Oregon (Suite 101, approx. 5,385 sq ft). The contract will cover daily cleaning, periodic deep‑cleaning, specialty tasks (window cleaning, carpet extraction, pressure washing, etc.), and on‑call services, all to be performed during normal business hours. The award will be a three‑year base term starting 1 Jan 2027, with a potential for extensions. Pricing must be broken out by service frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, twice‑yearly, yearly) and include any on‑call labor rates. The vendor must meet insurance, background‑check, and safety requirements, and submit the proposal through the Agiloft portal by the deadline.
• Daily cleaning, trash removal, restroom servicing, and high‑touch surface disinfection.
• Periodic services: weekly carpet vacuuming, monthly HVAC vent cleaning, quarterly window cleaning, twice‑yearly carpet extraction, yearly pressure‑wash of sidewalks, etc.
• Mandatory insurance (Workers’ Comp, $1 M Professional Liability, $1 M/$2 M CGL, $1 M Auto) and background checks for all personnel.
• Proposal must include a detailed cost schedule, experience, references, and compliance certifications.
