Description
The City of Columbus is seeking a vendor to provide a multifunction device, specifically the Canon ImageRunner Advance DX 8986i or an equal system, along with maintenance and supplies. The contract will be based on a cost-per-copy model, with the City only paying for copies made. The vendor must be able to automatically collect meter readings and provide a customer portal. The maintenance and service must be done according to the manufacturer's suggested maintenance for optimum quality and performance.
• The device must have a speed of 86 images per minute in black and white.
• It must have a first out time of as fast as 2.7 seconds.
• The device must have a 10.1" customizable high-resolution LCD touch screen.
• The vendor must provide a written guarantee for user response time, with a qualified technician responding to service calls within 4 business hours.
• The estimated monthly volume is 1,000 black and white prints/copies per month.
