The Cherokee Nation is seeking a qualified hotel (or hotel‑conference‑center) in the Albuquerque, NM area to host its Annual In‑Person RTOC and Tribal Caucus Conference. The vendor must provide both lodging rooms and meeting‑room space that meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the bid packet, for a three‑day event in early July 2026. Bids are due May 5 2026, and the award will be made to the lowest responsive, reasonable offer, with Indian‑preference considered for certified TERO firms. The contract will be a short‑term, single‑event service with payment due within ten days of receipt of funds.
• Provide hotel rooms and meeting‑room facilities for July 6‑8 2026 (3 days).
