Description
The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for preventative maintenance, diagnostic services, and repair of equipment at the Rio Grande State Center (RGSC). The contract will cover all commercial HVAC, A/C, refrigeration equipment, chillers, freezers, and ice machine equipment.
• The equipment to be serviced includes chillers, heat exchangers, and receivers, as well as other HVAC equipment and accessories.
• The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnostic services, and repairs as needed.
• The contract is expected to start on September 1, 2026.
• Bidders must submit their responses by July 31, 2026, at 10:30 AM.
• The evaluation criteria include the bidder's price, financial capability, financial solvency, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of the contract.
