Description
The Texas State University System is seeking an Architect/Engineer firm to design the STAR Park - Building Two project on the Texas State University campus in San Marcos, Texas. The project will accommodate space for the Materials Application Research Center, Texas School Safety Center, Division of Research, and the Translational Health Research Center. The project delivery method will be through Competitive Sealed Proposal.
• The project has a total construction cost limitation of $32,000,000.
• The project requires site and utility improvements/upgrades to provide a functional facility for its users.
• The Owner will select a most qualified Respondent based on the evaluation of the Qualifications.
• The selected Respondent will negotiate a fee and execute an Agreement with the Owner.
• The project planning schedule includes key milestones such as the publication of the RFQ, optional pre-submittal conference, submittal of questions deadline, and deadline for submittal of Qualifications.
