Description
The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) is seeking a contractor to provide commercial Internet and Cable Television services for their Resident Agency at Great Lakes. The contractor will be responsible for the installation of a dedicated, commercial high-speed internet circuit and a comprehensive wireless (Wi-Fi) network, as well as a coaxial cable television service. The contract will have a five-year period of performance, and the contractor must provide ongoing maintenance and technical support to ensure service continuity.
• The contractor must provide a 1 Gbps Ethernet Dedicated Internet service delivered via a dedicated commercial circuit.
• The contractor must provide a standard coaxial cable television service with a minimum channel lineup that includes all major local broadcast networks and national news channels.
• The contractor must obtain all necessary security credentials, background checks, and passes for its personnel to perform work unescorted on the naval installation.
• The contractor must coordinate all installation activities with the appropriate US Navy Facilities and Public Works departments.
