Budget estimate

$10,000 – $30,915

Based on the information provided, it is difficult to estimate the exact budget for this opportunity. However, the City holds VCTCs with an aggregate face value of $206,104.59, and the selected firm will be responsible for facilitating the transfer and/or sale of these tax credits. The firm's fee will likely be a percentage of the total value of the tax credits sold, and the City's net proceeds will depend on the firm's ability to negotiate a good price for the tax credits. Assuming a fee range of 5-15% of the total value of the tax credits sold, the firm's budget could be in the range of $10,305 to $30,915. However, this is highly speculative and the actual budget could be higher or lower.
