Description
UW Medicine is seeking to establish a pool with qualified and experienced bidders to provide Mechanical and Plumbing (Division 22) support services to Harborview Medical Center, UWMC Montlake, and UWMC Northwest, and its campus buildings. This solicitation covers other related plumbing and mechanical services on an as-needed basis. The contract will include services such as emergency plumbing repairs, plan review, and permit inspection. Bidders are required to submit a proposal that includes pricing, technical approach, and methodology, as well as a project team and management structure. The contract is expected to be utilized for a variety of projects, including those that require plan review and permits.
