Description
The City of Salina is seeking qualified contractors to paint structural steel components of the North Ohio Street Bridge and associated infrastructure. The scope includes surface preparation, painting of bridge steel, roadway and pedestrian fences, concrete barriers, and numerous light poles, with specific color applications required. Successful bidders must hold a KDOT pre‑qualification for Work Type Q (Painting Structural Steel) and submit sealed bids by the deadline.
• Surface preparation and painting of bridge‑related steel structures.
• Painting of roadway fence, pedestrian fence with integrated lights, concrete barrier, and 24 street‑light poles (including 6 on the bridge) plus 46 pedestrian light poles and 5 bollard lights.
• Requirement to supply three complete sets of plans/specifications; extra sets available at cost.
