Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) Vendor Framework

The Space Systems Command (SSC) is seeking information from Zero Trust vendors to develop a ZTA Vendor Framework. This framework will provide a structured and categorized view of available commercial Zero Trust solutions, helping mission system stakeholders understand the vendor landscape, compare solution types and capabilities, and assess how commercial offerings align with DoD/DoW Zero Trust activities and requirements. The framework will support mission system programs in identifying and selecting commercial Zero Trust solutions that meet their specific needs. Key areas of interest include Policy Decision Point (PDP) and Policy Enforcement Point (PEP) solutions, Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions, Endpoint Security solutions, Data Security solutions, Security Analytics solutions, and Resource Protection solutions. • The framework will categorize Zero Trust solutions based on their capabilities and functionalities. • Vendors will be required to provide information about their products, services, and technical capabilities. • The framework will help mission system stakeholders evaluate available options and pursue solutions that align with their specific Zero Trust implementation goals. • The framework will support the development of a decision-support resource to help mission system stakeholders select solutions that best fit their identified capability gaps.
