The City of Laredo is seeking qualified firms to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Consultant Services for existing buildings, facilities, structures, and proposed construction projects. The selected firms will be required to provide professional services on an as-needed basis, including preparing design plans, specifications, reports, and estimates. The contract will be for a two-year term with an option for a two-year renewal. • The scope of work includes providing MEP engineering services for various projects, including existing buildings, facilities, and structures. • The selected firms will be required to have experience in providing professional services for similar projects. • The contract will be awarded based on the firm's demonstrated competence, detailed credentials, and statement of qualifications. • The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award contracts based on specific tasks or to the principal company submitting their statement of qualifications.
