UPC for TRANSIT SHELTER AND SHELTER PAD INSTALLATION

The Sarasota County Government is seeking a contractor to provide materials and services to construct concrete pads and install prefabricated bus shelters and accessories. The contract is expected to be a Unit Price Contract with an initial term of three years. The scope of work includes the construction of concrete pads and the installation of bus shelters and accessories at various locations in Sarasota County. • The contract will be awarded to a single contractor. • The contractor will be required to provide performance and payment bonds. • The contract will include a guarantee of all work and materials furnished under the contract for a specified period. • The contractor will be required to make payments to all claimants supplying labor, materials, or supplies used in the prosecution of the work. • The contract will include provisions for changes in or under the contract documents and compliance or noncompliance with any formalities connected with the contract or the changes.
