Food Services, System Wide (Cooperative)

The Houston Community College System (HCC) is seeking information from interested firms to provide system-wide food services. The college has 19 campuses and is looking for a vendor to provide prepared food services, grab-and-go food services, and prepared food vending. The selected vendor will be required to provide high-quality, safe, and nutritious food options, including cultural cuisines and options that address common dietary needs. The vendor will also be responsible for staffing, equipment, and facilities maintenance. • The college is looking for a vendor that can provide a scalable and student-centered food service solution. • The vendor should have experience operating in a semi-captive environment, such as colleges or universities. • The vendor will be required to provide sales and operational data and comprehensive reports. • The vendor will be evaluated based on food quality, service reliability, customer satisfaction, and overall effectiveness as a collaborative partner with HCC.
