Description
The United States Navy is seeking proposals for the VAMOSC project under the Seaport program of multiple award IDIQ contracts. Only SeaPort MAC holders are eligible to participate in this solicitation process. The solicitation includes a list of attachments, representations, certifications, and other statements of offerors. The evaluation factors for award are also specified in the solicitation.
• The solicitation is issued under the authority of FAR 16.5.
• The contract is a rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
• The solicitation includes a table of contents, description, contract clauses, and instructions for offerors.
• The offeror must acknowledge receipt of amendments to the solicitation and related documents.
• The offeror must provide a signature, offer date, and other information as specified in the solicitation.
