Lamar University is seeking proposals from firms to build a new LED Marquee Video Display System on the Lamar University campus. The scope of work includes designing and installing a freestanding LED video marquee. Respondents must submit a Statement of Qualifications, Pricing and Delivery Proposal, and other required documents. The University will evaluate proposals based on criteria such as the respondent's experience, qualifications, and pricing.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-submittal conference on January 27, 2026.
• Respondents must submit questions and clarifications by February 2, 2026.
• The University reserves the right to reject or accept any and all responses.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best interest of the University.
