Description
Burke Center, a Texas local authority for mental health and intellectual/developmental disabilities, is seeking proposals from CLIA‑certified laboratories to provide client‑based laboratory services across its 11‑county service area. The contract will run from November 1 2026 through August 31 2028 (≈22 months) with a total estimated value of $50,000. Vendors must supply specimen collection, transport, draw‑station access, bi‑directional EHR interfacing, rapid turnaround on chemistry and STAT tests, and billing services. Proposals must include administrative, technical, and management components, demonstrate prior experience with community mental‑health/IDD populations, and meet extensive insurance and licensing requirements.
