Description
The State of Ohio is seeking to renew third-party maintenance for storage hardware. The maintenance should include smart hands and travel to replace parts, and should follow the indicated service level in the attached spreadsheet. The support should also include a means to call home or open support cases via email. The selected supplier will be responsible for providing maintenance services for a period of one year, with the option for the State to renew the contract for up to three additional one-year terms.
• The solicitation is open to MBE dealers only.
• The quoted price must be at or lower than contract pricing.
• The proposal must include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the grid.
• The completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.
• No outside/additional documentation will be considered.
• Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible MBE quote.
