9930--Sources Sought - W1 Granite Upright Headstone Blanks

The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is seeking sources for the manufacture and distribution of W1-Granite Upright Headstone Blanks to consignees worldwide. The contract will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) award for one base year and four one-year options. The contractor will be responsible for manufacturing, packaging, palatizing, and delivering the headstone blanks F.O.B. origin. • The contract is intended for one base year and four one-year options. • The contractor must be able to manufacture, package, palatize, and deliver the headstone blanks F.O.B. origin. • The NCA is seeking sources that can provide the headstone blanks at a fair and reasonable price. • The contract may be set aside for service-disabled veteran owned small businesses (SDVOSB) or veteran owned small businesses (VOSB) if two or more qualified sources are found.
