The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a vendor to provide a Brand Name Copan Wasp Specimen Processor, Laboratory Supplies, and Service Agreement. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a firm-fixed price award. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the supplies and providing service agreement. The IHS requires all new IT systems to operate in a pure IPv6 network environment. • The contractor must provide account set-up and ordering information, service agreement, and return policy. • The contractor must provide prices for all contract line items (CLINs) on the price schedule. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The contractor must provide past performance information. • The contractor must comply with the IPv6 standards profile as defined by the NIST USGv6 Program.
