Description
The North Tippah School District is seeking bids for Category 2 E-Rate products and services via E-Rate funding. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 23, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at 20821 Highway 15, Falkner, MS 38629. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope or through secure electronic submission by November 7, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. The scope of work includes the procurement of E-Rate products and services.
• The bid opening will be held on November 7, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
• Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as "2026 E-Rate Bid"
• Electronic bids may be submitted through Central Bidding (www.centralbidding.com)
• The North Tippah School District has the right to accept or reject any or all bids
