Description
The County of Kauai is seeking bids for the rental of two mobile solar surveillance security camera trailers for the Department of Parks and Recreation. The trailers should have a current production model, white exterior color, and weigh around 1,900lbs. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the trailers to various locations on Kauai, setting them up, and providing training to county staff on the proper use of the surveillance equipment. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for up to 24 months. The contractor will be required to provide maintenance and repairs for the equipment during the rental period.
• The trailers should have a 24V DC power source, 800 watts solar generator, and 460 AH battery capacity.
• The trailers should have a loudspeaker, antenna, strobe lights, and flood lights.
• The trailers should have a recording resolution of 1920 x 1080, onboard SSD with looping 30-day video storage, and live streaming 24/7.
• The trailers should have automated alerts via email and SMS.
• The contractor should provide one set of operator's manuals and manufacturer's standard warranty.
