Accela Software Implementation

This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino Planning and Building Services Department (PBS), to contract with a vendor for implementing the Accela Civic Application (Accela) software for permit, project, and case management.Vendors must submit six (6) copies of their proposal: five (5) complete paper copies (one (1) original Vendor signature), and one (1) complete copy on USB Flash Drive. The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP. Promotional materials may be attached but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP.
