Sottile Theater Envelope, Safety, and HVAC Upgrades

The College of Charleston is seeking bids for the Sottile Theater Envelope, Safety, and HVAC Upgrades project. The project involves repairs to the exterior brick, stucco, concrete coping/ornamentation, coatings, penetrations, terminations, fenestrations, and plaza decking. It also includes replacements of the exterior wall sealant system, siding, and wood windows, as well as structural reinforcement of the original steel roof trusses and preparation, priming, and painting of various exterior metal surfaces. The project requires replacement of the wood "catwalk". The construction cost range is estimated to be between $3,300,000 and $3,560,000.
