27-0343-20 Local Agency Impaired Driving Prevention- State DRE Coordinator

The Local Agency Impaired Driving Prevention- State DRE Coordinator program aims to promote the safety and well-being of all people using Illinois' roadways by facilitating a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to the oversight and implementation of the DRE trainings for the entire state. The program supports statewide law enforcement forensic phlebotomy initiatives and has strong involvement in the SFST and ARIDE trainings throughout the state. The grants funding opportunities under this program may be funded by the State of Illinois and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
