Description
The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) is seeking a Construction Manager (CM) to provide preconstruction services and implement the construction of the L1967 LOGAN TERMINAL AMENITIES PROGRAM. The program aims to upgrade high-impact passenger spaces across Logan Airport, including renovation of 10 high-traffic restroom sets and three Kidport play areas in Terminals A and B. The scope of work includes improvements to durable materials, contemporary design, universal accessibility, standardized wayfinding, efficient maintenance layouts, and targeted system upgrades.
• The program also includes a full modernization of the historic Our Lady of the Airways Chapel, upgrading building systems, finishes, accessibility, and layout within its existing footprint to better serve passengers and employees.
• The work prioritizes domestic sourcing, improved passenger experience, modernized amenities, inclusive access, reduced lifecycle costs, and a cohesive airport environment.
• A Supplemental Information Package will provide more details on the scope of the Project as well as the selection process and evaluation criteria.
• A Consultant Briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams on MARCH 18, 2026 @ 2:45 PM to provide an overview of the project and answer questions.
