The State of California seeks a single contractor to design, deploy, and operate a statewide Dental Registry Network (DRN) that supplies temporary/relief dental staffing to all CDCR/CCHCS institutions. The contractor must maintain a credentialed pool of dentists, dental hygienists, assistants, and lab technicians; deliver a secure web‑based platform for ordering, scheduling, time‑keeping, billing, and reporting; and ensure rapid fill‑rates and compliance with licensing, background‑check, HIPAA, and security requirements. The contract spans three years with up to three one‑year extensions, and includes a mandatory network implementation phase within four months of award.
• Provide a fully operational dental‑provider network (web portal, credentialing system, 99 % uptime) covering ~50 correctional facilities.
• Recruit and maintain a vetted registry of qualified dental professionals, meeting strict licensing, CORI, Live‑Scan, and BLS standards, and fill staffing gaps within 14 days (45 days for critical shortages).
• Deliver ongoing training, 24/7 support, weekly/monthly performance reporting, and adhere to detailed performance guarantees (≥ 80 % fill‑rate, ≤ 5‑day credentialing turnaround, ≥ 95 % invoice accuracy).
