The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) is seeking qualified vendors to provide a broad range of sign shop materials and supplies to support the Aviation Sign Shop at Boston Logan International Airport. This requirement is a requirements‑based contract that will be fulfilled on an as‑needed basis via blanket purchase orders, with fixed unit pricing for a one‑year term.
• Supplies include aluminum sheets, pre‑cut sign blanks, specialty substrates, reflective panels, acrylic, PVC, and ancillary sign‑fabrication materials.
• Estimated annual quantities are provided for each item (e.g., 6‑12 pieces of various aluminum sheets, dozens of acrylic panels, etc.).
• Pricing must be firm for the initial contract year; out‑of‑basket items may be priced via markup or agreed‑upon discount methods.
