The State of South Carolina’s Adjutant General’s Office is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive grounds‑maintenance (lawn‑care) services for four military facilities in the Greenville‑Spartanburg area. Work includes bi‑weekly mowing, edging, trash removal, plant replacement, mechanical trimming, and specialized vegetation‑management tasks at the Wellford Armory. The contract is a one‑year term beginning June 1 2026, with automatic annual renewals unless either party provides notice. The award will be posted on the same day the bids open.
• Services: mowing (bi‑weekly May‑Oct), edging, litter pick‑up, plant replacement, debris removal, and pond‑area vegetation control.
