The study will evaluate current powdered activated carbon (PAC) dosing, test alternative PAC products, assess granular activated carbon (GAC) filter performance, and develop a cost‑effective, seasonally adaptable treatment strategy that consistently meets upcoming PFAS drinking‑water limits. Deliverables include data collection, bench‑scale testing, seasonal sampling, analytical reporting, and a final recommendation with conceptual capital and O&M cost estimates.
