Description
DeSoto County Schools is seeking sealed proposals from authorized and qualified Vendors to establish a six (6) month purchase agreement between DeSoto County School District and one selected Vendor to purchase Cloud Services for Bus Video Access and Storage. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying, delivering, installing, and training for COMM MODULE, HD6, WIFI 4G TMOBILE OR AT&T AND ANTENNAS, 2X-5G/LTE, WIFI, GPS RCVR,20’, and Armor Cloud Cell annual licenses for 450 school buses. Key aspects of the project include:
• Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Training: COMM MODULE, HD6, WIFI 4G TMOBILE OR AT&T AND ANTENNAS, 2X-5G/LTE, WIFI, GPS RCVR,20’, and Armor Cloud Cell annual licenses
• Installation within 45 days of receipt of DeSoto County School District purchase order
• Training on the maintenance & logistics of the camera systems for DeSoto County School District Bus Maintenance Department
• Warranty: A minimum of a five-year manufacturer warranty
• Insurance: Awarded Vendor shall carry, pay for, and keep in force comprehensive insurance covering any incident arising from its operation
• Term: Six (6) months from the date of the initial order to purchase additional systems if needed
