D--SENIOR IT CONSULTANT SUPPORT

The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is seeking a Senior IT Consultant to provide support for the Electric Utility Management System. The consultant will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on the system, including EUMS/CIS operations, SQL/reporting, payments/IVR, Windows/network/voice, SCADA coordination, and customer portal support. The consultant will have admin access to the Cisco phone system and will be required to engage with the OEM directly as part of incident/change management. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT consulting, particularly in the areas of electric utility management systems. Some key points to consider: • The consultant will be working with the BIA to provide support for the Electric Utility Management System. • The consultant will have admin access to the Cisco phone system and will be required to engage with the OEM directly. • The consultant will be providing technical expertise and guidance on the system, including EUMS/CIS operations, SQL/reporting, payments/IVR, Windows/network/voice, SCADA coordination, and customer portal support. • The consultant will be required to travel to satellite offices in Oracle, AZ and San Carlos, AZ, although most travel will be local/day travel. • The consultant will be required to take training to use a government vehicle for official travel.
