("Continuous") Establish a Qualified Pool of Bank Credit and Loan Facility Services

The City of San Diego is creating a pre‑qualified pool of banks and lending institutions that can provide a range of credit and loan‑facility services for municipal financing initiatives over a five‑year period (with two possible one‑year extensions). Firms will submit a Statement of Qualifications (SQ) demonstrating their banking licenses, credit history, loan limits, and related capabilities.
