Description
The State Highway Administration is seeking to purchase ViewSonic monitors, including 24”, 27”, and 34” models, to replace older broken monitors. The procurement is limited to Master Contractors under the Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet 2015 Master Contract. The award will be made to a responsible and responsive vendor whose bid is determined to be the most advantageous to the State. Key considerations include conformance with the scope of work and price.
• The contract will be for the purchase of new and unused equipment.
• The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer.
• The contract will include pricing for a period of at least 90 days after the due date.
• The Master Contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contract may include installation services, but this is not a requirement.
• The contract may include a manufacturer’s extended warranty, but this is not a requirement.
