Telecommunications Facilities Work Group Coordinator

The Agency of Digital Services is seeking a contractor to provide coordination of a Telecommunications Facilities Management Working Group. The goal of the Working Group is to create a comprehensive, consistent, compliant, and fiscally responsible process for the management of state-owned or leased telecommunications facilities. The contractor will be responsible for performing tasks such as creating a Working Group Charter, reviewing applicable statutory provisions, creating a RACI diagram, and recommending statutory changes. The contract period will be for one year with an option to renew for one additional twelve-month period. • The contractor will work with state stakeholder agencies to establish uniform contracting and licensing processes. • The contractor will create an inventory of state-owned or leased telecommunications facilities and identify legal documents related to each facility. • The contractor will work with state legal counsel to create template license and/or lease agreements for entities approved to use a facility. • The contractor will provide general leadership of the Working Group and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
