Industrial Hygiene Services

The State of Oregon, Department of Administrative Services, is seeking a professional services contractor to provide Industrial Hygiene Services throughout the state. The services may include testing, sampling, monitoring, and identifying hazardous conditions that may impact the health and safety of employees or the general public. The awarded contractor will provide all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, ancillary supplies, and incidentals required to complete the services specified in the purchase order issued under the resulting price agreement. • The contractor will provide Industrial Hygiene Services on an as-needed basis in or at DAS EAM owned or operated facilities in Salem, Portland, Clackamas, Hillsboro, Wilsonville, Eugene, and Pendleton, Oregon. • The contractor will be responsible for providing the Agency with detailed information about the proposed services. • The contract term will be two years, with the option to extend for additional terms. • The method of compensation will be based on Time and Materials (T&M), up to the Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amount established in a purchase order.
