Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, is seeking a sole-source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for preventive maintenance services for powered industrial trucks. The selected vendor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform preventive and corrective maintenance services to Crown powered industrial trucks. The BPA holder will need to adhere to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and provide non-personal services as defined.
