GENERAL MERCHANDISE

The Humble Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide general merchandise, including appliances, cafeteria service support items, facility maintenance and custodial supplies, furniture, industrial equipment/tools, material handling equipment, medical equipment/supplies, office supplies and equipment, and rental services. The district is looking for vendors who can provide a comprehensive range of products to support administrative functions, educational activities, facility maintenance, and student services. The proposal will be in effect from the award date through August 11, 2028. • The district spends over $50,000 annually on equipment, products, and supplies. • Vendors will be evaluated based on purchase price, reputation, quality of goods or services, extent to which goods or services meet the district's needs, past relationship with the district, and total long-term cost to the district. • The district reserves the right to negotiate with any or all proposers, accept or reject any and/or all proposals, and award contracts in the best interest of the district. • Proposers must comply with the district's safety and security measures, including background checks and adherence to the Job Site Code of Conduct.
