Description
The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is seeking a vendor to provide portable toilets and hand washing stations for the Illinois State Fair. The vendor will be required to deliver and install the units by August 12th, 2026, and provide daily service after closing of Conservation World at 7:30 PM, starting August 13th through August 23rd, 2026. The vendor must also remove the units beginning Monday, August 24th, 2026.
• The vendor must provide 15 portable toilets, 5 handicap-accessible portable toilets, 9 double hand washing stations, and 1 4-stall restroom trailer with A/C.
• The vendor must have a side-by-side or small utility vehicle with a portable water tank and pump to pump out grey water for handwashing stations.
• The vendor must service the handwashing stations 4-5 times a day to ensure they do not run empty and respond to requests for service as-needed within 30 minutes.
• The award will be made to the compliant low bidder for the total price for all line items.
