Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide gas-powered golf carts for the 2026 Great Texas Air Show at Joint Base San Antonio Randolph, Texas. The contractor will be required to provide 53 four-passenger golf carts, 36 six-passenger golf carts, and 14 eight-passenger golf carts, as well as 5 flatbed carts. The contractor will also be required to provide a rental protection plan and on-site mechanic services. The period of performance is from 27 April 2026 to 4 May 2026.
• The contractor must provide a total proposed cost for all contract line item numbers (CLINs)
• The contractor must provide golf cart images with their quote submittal
• The contractor must provide the year of each proposed golf cart to verify it is no more than 5 years old
• The contractor must provide rental protection plan details
• The contractor must make an affirmative statement that they will fulfill all requirements stated in the Statement of Work
