Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA), on behalf of Brookhaven National Laboratory, is seeking a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to provide a renewal of its Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) subscription, including two production tenants and optional add‑on modules. The contract is a Firm‑Fixed‑Price (FFP) purchase order with a base year of performance (Nov 8 2026 – Nov 7 2027) and up to four optional one‑year extensions. The award will be set‑aside for SDVOSBs, and the vendor must submit a completed quotation pricing sheet, SAM UEI, and required certifications.
• Scope: renewal of existing Workday HCM modules for ~3,000 employees plus two additional test/implementation tenants.
• Optional add‑ons: Workday Extend Pro, Workday Help, Workday Journeys, Workday Success Plans (Accelerate Plus).
• Key dates: Questions due 9/9/2026, Quote due 9/18/2026, award expected ≈ 10/30/2026.
• Contract value: not to exceed a TBD amount for the base year; options may increase total up to five years.
