Description
The Washtenaw Community College is seeking bids for the purchase of three KaiVac 1250 No-Touch Cleaning Systems, battery operated models, along with accessories such as Dry Vac tool, Dry Auto tool, KaiTurbine tool, and Carpet Extractor tool. The bid includes the cost of shipping, handling, and delivery. The college reserves the right to award the bid to one or more vendors and to reject any and all bids in whole or in part.
• The bid must include all shipping, handling, and delivery charges pre-paid FOB to Washtenaw Community College.
• The bid must be submitted via email by Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. EDT.
• The college is a member of E & I, OMNIA Partners, NJPA, MI Deal, REMC, NIGP, and NAEP, and vendors are asked to include any educational discounts or rebates available.
• The bid must be signed by an authorized official or employee of the firm.
