Description
The State of South Carolina Law Enforcement Division is seeking bids for Portable Livescan Systems. The systems will be used primarily to identify unknown deceased individuals. Offerors must submit their bids online by the deadline. The award will be based on the lowest price, and the contract will be formed with the entity identified as the Offeror on the Cover Page.
• The systems must meet the attached specifications.
• The offeror must provide a copy of the solicitation cover page signed by a person authorized to contractually bind the business.
• The offeror must acknowledge all amendments.
• The offeror must include the number of copies requested.
• The offeror must ensure their bid/proposal does not take exception to any of the State's mandatory requirements.
