Vehicle Wash and Detailing Services

The County of Ontario is seeking bids for vehicle wash and detailing services. The contract will be for an initial term of 11 months, with the option to renew for up to two additional 12-month periods. The vendor will be required to provide automatic exterior wash services, as well as interior detailing services, for various county vehicles. The vendor must also provide proof of insurance and meet certain evaluation criteria, including experience, facility accessibility, and price. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the County. • The vendor must provide services in as many of the 5 listed locations as possible. • The vendor must have at least two years of experience providing car wash services. • The vendor must provide automatic card/sticker/license plate readers and convenient business hours. • The vendor must provide interior detailing services, including hand washing and cleaning of dashboards, trim, and consoles.
