New York City’s Department of Design and Construction is seeking a qualified, M/WBE‑certified special‑inspection consultant to perform accessibility‑compliance inspections on the Bronx Housing Courthouse renovation project. The consultant will conduct field inspections of mechanical systems, fire‑resistant penetrations and joints, sprinkler systems, post‑installed anchors, and cast‑in‑place concrete, then deliver a detailed written report within seven days of each site visit. The award is a small‑purchase, capped at $277,793.43, with work expected to begin 13 August 2026 and conclude by late December 2026.
