Shelby County Board of Education (Memphis‑Shelby County Schools) seeks a commercially‑available lease accounting software solution that fully supports GASB 87 (lessee) and GASB 96 (lessor) standards, migrates existing lease data, and provides ongoing reporting, audit‑trail, and security capabilities. The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year term with two optional one‑year renewals (up to three years total). Vendors must submit a complete paper proposal (original + 4 copies + USB) by the March 23 deadline and must meet extensive insurance, background‑check, and security certification requirements.
