Y1DA--Project # 561-25-125 Replace Pumps for Chillers at the East Orange VAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting bids for the replacement of chiller pumps at the East Orange Campus of the NJHCS. The project involves replacing existing pumps with new ones, and the contractor is responsible for determining what control scope the BAS contractor performs versus themselves. The contract documents identify that the existing control contractor must be used for the additions to the existing BAS. The prime contractor is responsible for including full TAB services in their proposal.
