Description
The Harris County Department of Education is seeking a vendor to provide facility management and maintenance software. The software should support the daily operations, management, and optimal activities of the facilities and maintenance departments. The vendor should provide a comprehensive software solution that may be compatible with HCDE/CP and/or any CP member's existing systems. The scope of work includes asset management, facility and preventative maintenance management, vehicular maintenance, fleet inventory management, parts inventory, work order management, vendor management, resource allocation, and meeting room and space management. The vendor should also provide implementation and rollout services, including project planning, system configuration and design, data migration and validation, system integration, training and change management, pilot testing, phased go-live deployment, and post-implementation support and optimization.
