County of Northampton Public Works - HVAC Preventative Maintenance

The County of Northampton is seeking a mechanical contractor to provide scheduled preventative maintenance of HVAC equipment at the Government Center campus in Easton and Gracedale Nursing Home campus in Nazareth. The selected contractor will enter into a Planned Services Agreement with the County to begin providing preventive maintenance services in Quarter 2 of 2026, up to a maximum of three years. The contractor will be responsible for providing quarterly preventative maintenance on boilers, chillers, cooling towers, package unit/air handlers, and pumps. • The contractor must have at least five years of experience in conducting efforts of the nature and scope required by this request for proposal. • The contractor must demonstrate the ability and history of delivering projects on time and on budget. • The contractor must identify key personnel to be assigned to the project team, including any proposed specialty sub-contractors. • The contractor must provide a Fixed Fee for design, bidding, and construction administration phases, including deliverables and reimbursable expenses. • The contractor must provide proof of professional liability insurance, executed non-collusion affidavit, criminal history verification form, and other required documents.
