GARMENT EMBELLISHMENT SERVICE (RENEWABLE CONTRACT)

The University of Louisiana at Lafayette is seeking a vendor to provide garment embellishment services, including screen printing and embroidery, for the Athletics Department. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew for up to four additional 12-month periods. The vendor will be required to provide services on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed quantity or dollar amount. The University will provide all artwork, including logos, and the vendor will be responsible for embroidering or screen-printing the logos onto University-provided apparel. • The vendor must have experience in garment embellishment, including screen printing and embroidery. • The vendor must be able to provide high-quality services, meeting the University's specifications and requirements. • The vendor must be able to provide services on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed quantity or dollar amount. • The vendor must be able to work with the University's Athletics Department to provide timely and efficient services. • The vendor must be able to provide a certificate of insurance, naming the University as an additional insured, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
