Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is seeking vendors to provide video equipment under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The BPA will be used to facilitate the procurement of commercial items in support of NAWCAD's operational needs. Interested vendors must submit their responses, including their Cage Code, Unique Entity Identifier (UEID) numbers, and a capabilities statement, within 120 days. The Government intends to establish BPAs with small businesses and will review vendor responses on a rolling basis.
• The BPA will be used for the procurement of video equipment and other related items.
• Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide their Cage Code and UEID numbers.
• The BPA will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis, and individual call orders will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold or $7.5M.
• Vendors will be notified of new solicitations via email and must submit their bids using an Excel file provided by the Government.
• The Government reserves the right to cancel or not renew a BPA if the vendor is not actively participating in the program or has poor performance.
